Jochen de Jager - Senior Research Associate
 Jochen, Senior Research Associate, has over 10 years experience in the recruitment/executive search industry. He focuses on delivering first class research in:
- Client/industry intelligence (business development)
- Talent identification on specific search assignments (service delivery)
He focuses on the following industry sectors:

- Consumer Retail
Prior to joining de Jager and Associates, Jochen was the establishing partner of their affiliated recruitment firm, Oryx People. For half a decade, he helped cement the firm’s reputation as one of Australia’s premier automotive recruitment companies, attracting global, blue chip clients. Prior to this, he spent almost 2 years with a global recruitment firm in London as a consultant specializing in the education sector. Jochen cut his teeth in retail sales within the automotive industry from 1999 - 2001.
Jochen is currently completing a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) through Charles Sturt University.
