Kris de Jager
 Kris de Jager founded the Executive Search practice, De Jager & Associates in 1990.
As Managing Director, Kris brings to his role a wealth of experience in the Automotive Industry as well as expertise in both management and marketing.
Prior to establishing de Jager & Associates, Kris enjoyed a successful career in the automotive industry internationally at a senior executive level with BMW and Jaguar.
During the course of his career in executive search, Kris has successfully completed many national and international search assignments. Strong people skills, business acumen, understanding of the value of good people and passion for creating quality in the executive search field underpins the company’s success.
In 2002, de Jager & Associates was invited to join the Top 10 Executive Search firm, IIC Partners and in 2003 Kris was nominated as Global Leader of the Automotive Practice Group. From there he was elected a Director of the International Board and from 2005 became Vice Chairman, responsible for the Asia Pacific Region.
Kris is a keen golfer and avid sports fan and, in his spare time, enjoys spending time on his farm with wife Yvonne.
